TET
TET Exam Syllabus
TET consists of two papers –
- Paper 1– For candidates planning to teach the students of classes I – V
- Paper 2– For candidates planning to teach the students of classes VI-VIII
All questions asked in TET exam 2022 will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark, with four options. There is no negative marking. The examining body will be strictly adhering to the structure and content of the TET syllabus 2022 specified below.
Paper 1

- Language I– Marks: 30
- Language – II– Marks: 30
- Mathematics– Marks: 30
- Environmental studies– Marks: 30
Paper 2
- Child development and pedagogy– Marks: 30
- Language-I– Marks: 30
- Language – II– Marks: 30
- Mathematics– Marks: 60
- Science– Marks: 60
- Social studies/social sciences– Marks: 60
TET 2022 Exam Pattern
- Exam Duration– 150 minutes
- Total questions– 150
- Question Type– Multiple Choice
